When does the 2024 college football season start?

Start getting ready for the upcoming college football season, as the excitement continues from Michigan's thrilling victory in last year's College Football Playoff. The 2024 season is set to begin on Saturday, Aug. 24 in this year's "Week Zero". Most of the nation's Division I programs will start their seasons the following week.
